Event Marketing

Effectively communicating information about an upcoming event is of great importance to FBC. Working in conjunction with the Graphic Designer, Event Manager and Web Team, FBC’s Marketing Department provides branded messaging to the community and potential participants. Broad range messages are sent via an email service provider to give high exposure to an event, attracting attendees and potential industry partner support.

Other avenues of event marketing include printed materials, website design, social media messaging and more.

Exhibitor Recruitment

FBC has built a database of more than 30,000 industry partners who are often eager to support an event and promote it to a new level, coming at no cost to the event host. We have established relationships with our partners and can work closely to get the right exhibitors at your event. FBC’s team of dedicated Account Managers handle all outreach to industry partners to showcase products and services related to the event, solicit sponsorships and complete all logistical steps of including an exhibitor showcase at your event.

FBC’s in-house Graphic Designer works with our clients to create a vibrant look for your event which can be carried through all web and printed pieces related to the event; such pieces include: custom logo design, event websites, attendee emails, badges, conference programs, posters, invitations

Printing Services

FBC is equipped with in-house printing capabilities that allow for substantially shorter turnaround timeframes than 3rd party printing. In-house printing capabilities include fliers, programs booklets, posters, banners, and badges (paper and PVC).
